Natalia Leyva

Natalia was born and raised in Puebla. Since she was young, she found it fascinating learning about different cultures and the way businesses were made in various parts of the world, which is why she studied for a degree in International business. While in university, Natalia had the opportunity to work remotely as a bilingual agent for an international hotel chain and found that she really enjoyed helping others and fulfilling their needs.

After working in diverse departments within a company, such as purchasing and finance, Natalia realized that the thing she enjoyed the most is providing excellent customer service. She loves utilizing those skills and growing with Blue Fox.

Courtney Alvarado

Courtney is originally from upstate New York. She is married and has three awesome kids, a cat, dog and a tortoise named Bert! Courtney loves spending time with family, traveling and being outdoors. In her free time, you'll find her hiking, camping or spending time at her family cabin in Pinetop. She is also an avid volunteer with her daughter's Girl Scout Troop.

Maria Martinez

Maria was born and raised in Puebla, México. She has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. She had the opportunity to work in the Canary Islands, learning about other cultures and best practices in hotel management. This experience reinforced her goal to provide excellent customer service. She worked with International Hotel Brands, such as Marriott International and IHG, for 11 years. She had the pleasure of being a Hotel Manager for a Boutique Hotel in Puebla. During COVID, she had the opportunity to begin working in the property management industry where she could also provide excellent customer service. She loves being part of the Blue Fox team!

Client Relationship Manager

With a successful background in professional sales across the real estate and insurance industries in New Mexico, Florida, and Arizona, Amanda brings a broad, well-rounded perspective to her role as Client Relationship Manager. She is passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships and is committed to helping clients maximize the value of their rental properties while delivering exceptional service. Amanda is known for her calm, steady approach and her ability to navigate complex or high-stress situations with professionalism and clarity. Clients consistently praise her thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and her talent for turning a potentially stressful process into a smooth, straightforward experience. Her deep industry knowledge and client-first mindset make her a valued partner to both clients and team members.

Miriam Rojas

Miriam was born in Mexico City and raised in Texas. She spent her formative years embracing the diverse cultures of both regions. After moving back to Mexico to attend college and be closer to her family, she graduated and relocated to Queretaro, where she began her career in sales. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys going to the movies, camping, and engaging in outdoor activities. However, her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Cynthia Esparza

Cynthia was born and raised in the culturally rich city of Campeche in Mexico, surrounded by stunning beaches. From a young age, her fascination with different languages and cultures drove her to pursue a degree in English as a second language.

Andraya Tonkovich

Born in Tucson, Arizona, Andraya has spent much of her life moving between the desert and the California coast—two environments she has deep love and respect for. Before stepping into her current role, she worked as an Aquatics Specialist, caring for a diverse range of marine and freshwater life, which sparked her enduring passion for the natural world.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s bonding with her sisters or making memories with her husband and their baby. She also shares her home with two dogs: Buddy, who is calm-natured in his golden years, and Captain Jack Sparrow, who lives up to her name with a wild and unpredictable spirit. Known for her reliability and dedication, Andraya finds true joy in giving back to the community and creating connections that matter.

Jaime Trujillo

Jaime was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. He has a degree in International Relations, and has been working in customer service for many different industries since 2013. Jaime is married and has a 3-year-old daughter. His favorite thing to do is spend time with them.

Field Support Specialist

Michael Graduated from the University of Arizona class of 2010, and has worked retail, delivery and as a park ranger. He has 2 dogs and likes to play music and video games in his spare time. Michael is using his diverse background to expand his horizons here at Blue Fox Properties.

Dave Mayberry

Dave worked with a local real estate company while earning his broker’s license so that he could own and operate his own real estate firm. Dave went on to do just that, but he later decided he enjoyed not being the boss more than he enjoyed being the boss. Through contact with some of our Blue Fox team members, Dave learned about the growth that Blue Fox was experiencing and decided that he wanted to be a part of that success, and the rest is history.

On his downtime, Dave loves spending time with his two daughters, watching sprint car races and playing racquet ball.
